The content management systems listed are open source meaning there's no license or cost to use them.
There are perfectly good themes that don't cost any money. If you'll need something more robust there's a minimum cost based on your requirements.
Plugins provide more functionality to your website based on your needs. There are hundreds of plugins to choose from at various price points. We know the best ones to use.
A Microsoft monthly license ranges depending on what funtionality that is necessary. SharePoint is standard. Just as what's described above monthly costs are less expensive the longer you make a committment.
None of the major social media services charge unless you start getting into advertising and product sales.
I use and recommend GetResponse ($16 a month to start) for Emai Marketing and Lists. There are several options including using WordPress free feature.
