Tips for Efficient Management
Utilize Site Columns: Create site columns for fields that you want to reuse across multiple lists or calendars. This ensures consistency and saves time.
Use Content Types: Leverage content types to manage columns and metadata for different event types within the same calendar.
Automation: For bulk updates or complex operations, consider using PowerShell scripts or Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). These tools can automate repetitive tasks and streamline column management processes.
